Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 30 April 2024 the Company's capital consisted of 51,988,787 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 30 April 2024 was 51,988,787.
