I would say they listed out of desperation, they had run out of options to raise funds. Their only option was to go to the market. I don't believe there is a master plan to drive the business forward, it's just hand to mouth. They may get lucky with one of the wells they are about to drill and then again they may not. I find it hard to believe they spent a lot of money doing due diligence on companies and have not concluded a deal.

They can't be planning a takeover with the share price at this level and they haven't the cash to complete an acquisition. They will probably have to raise more capital in September, which will cause great dilution with a really low share price. They appear to have undervalued the assets in the pro forma accounts, perhaps they are looking to sell the company.

Not looking great In old money prior to consolidation shares trading at 0.03p -Nothing really to say .Unless news only one way this can go .
