I have been told by Beaufort that Matra cannot be transfeered to ISA as HMRC do not recognise the exchange.
Anyone been told same, or been able to invest in ISA?

There will probably be some positive news when the eight new wells have been completed but that will most likely be around late July early August. Who knows where the share price will be by then.

I think, that in absence of Company news we will see slow declining of share price with += fluctuation of quotes largely dependend of oil price movement. IMHO.
They desperately need to show some successful M&A deal to drive shares up.

Harold that's exactly what they told me if they can group them together or sell larger holdings they are more likely to get a better price for you, the price I got quoted yesterday was 78p a share but they had sold 250 shares for a client at 50p! I suspect not many takers .... Do you think that the co directors want us to sell off our shares to get rid of us small shareholders? But if so why?

Share centre adding an additional £50 fee to sell the shares. I think it's excessive. also saying it will try to combine sales .

Trying to be positive, by the time we get our shares sorted out we might have some news flow and obtain a better price.

Totally agree Ned just saying they used rules for own benefit - but will amend last post maybe have come across wrong.

Incidentally price Ned quoted earlier for selling 250 shares at 55p was after commison and £50 surcharge .
Works out at 0.02p before consolidation and in old pre delist prices .Thats a mere loss of 80% on delist price of 1p

Papillon

Exactly - it's a way to get the shares dirt cheap -
It's just JP Jenkins in Swedish .
Look at volume -
A disgrace

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I agree. I don't think Barskiy wants too many (if any!) of the legacy/hang over UK shareholders (ex AIM) left on board. Probably considers them a nuisance. I seem to remember you and others posting some time ago, when the shares were quoted on Jenkins, that you were getting e-mails with low offers to buy your MATRA shares?
