21/4/2017 20:07 | Fellow wowsers maceman and beggarman not forgetting our honorary president LooneyWhats more Anyone selling 20k would make share price crash - | rodneyfoster
21/4/2017 19:57 | They keep mentioning making suitable acquisitions but how are they going to achieve this? They have spent a lot of money doing due diligence on a number of prospects if they are to be believed. They do not have enough money to make a cash acquisition. Had they a strong share price they could have made an all share acquisition but the shares have been listed with no positive news to drive them higher and are likely to drift during the course of this year. | beggarman
21/4/2017 19:04 | Rodders dear boy, that is hilarious. I was always content in converting to neutrality when the listing announcement came, now we're here and all of your 'conjecture' (other's have called it different things) has been ratified, I revert back to knowing this whole thing has been a dirty beasting. The one thing I will thank these guys for is knowing my days of share dealing are over. | maceman
21/4/2017 18:23 | Let's face it the buys and sells day everything. This will thank next week .... | nedhammers1
21/4/2017 17:45 | Dear fellow - in the immortal words of looney - WOWSERSJust to sum up on relist Total damp squib .Monty Pythonesque bordering on Beckett - So bad it is funny .Even brokers are lost keep contradicting themselves Cant sell in any great quantity as no one buying .But BUT BUT at least we have thanks to looney a new name for our merry band WOWSERS .Once a wowser always a wowser.Or A wowser in the hand is worth two in the bush .You can lead a wowser to water but can't make it drink .If at first a wowser doesn't succeed then saID wowser must give up .Red sky at night wowsers delight . | rodneyfoster
21/4/2017 17:07 | They currently have around $6,500 cash based on the pro forma accounts, they are likely to turnover $8m this year but lets say $10m. Their gross margin will be around $3.5m. So they have around $10m to spend. With regard to costs G&A was $3m last year and loan interest costs $4.8m. This leaves around $2.2m for discretionary spending and we are told Barsky intends to spend $5 to $10m on development this year. Where is the money going to come from? It can only be more placings and more dilution, nobody will touch them for loans because of the high debt ratio (everybody tells me the debt is irrelevant but it isn't). The equity in the company is around $31m, which equates to around 8sek per share so we are still trading at a premium. If we had no debt the equity would be $75m and we would be looking at a share price of 19sek. I'll do everyone a favour, as soon as I can get out I'm out based on the above. | beggarman
21/4/2017 17:03 | ring them again they knew about this 8 weeks ago i have the email | mocolondon
21/4/2017 16:50 | Just spoke to international dealing team at TD.Explained that one week delay for selling due to fact that existing Matra shares not CDIs as previously WRONGLY informed .They can only sell Swedish stock -However any new stock they buy will be Swedish stock and can be freely traded .He placed blame purely on Matra .No charge for existing holders to transform shares into Swedish stock .However will charge for those moving from another broker Matra Management obviously knew of this "minor detail " but obviously didn't care . | rodneyfoster

21/4/2017 15:48 | I think its a false market at the moment, it would appear that a lot of the UK sellers can't place orders at this time. | beggarman
