It will be interesting to watch if this company can get back to the IPO price.

On the plus side they do not have an issue with sales or gross margin at 37%.

The three in the sector are going about things in a different way.

TPX and MTEC are going for growth in revenues but net margin has suffered as a result.

Both could come unstuck if more cash is required.

However if they can produce decent net profits , its game on.

TRD unlike those above has the advantage of being an SME, this is going to become far more important as the new procurement Bill comes into force next year. SME’S are going to have a distinct advantage V larger companies at the bidding stage. ( UK government pushing for innovation and is fed up being held over a barrel by the big players with incumbent IT platforms.

TRD is also doing the reverse of the two companies above, having spent the last five years dumping low margin work and reducing revenues. That process is now finished.

The jury is out on all three companies.

Some good points made by this poster too. Very surprised we are at this market cap if I'm honest. Can't see it lasting. It's obvious a large seller has dragged it down to this price imo.hTTps://x.com/oracleofireland/status/1734956532599595414?s=46&t=_ybVnpe01AP_F1Pw0JqKTg

Remember not long ago this company listed well over 1 quid and management pocketed millions They can take this company private and still have millions left over from the initial listing money

We have seen increased M&A activity in the tech sector and I think that will continue through 2024 whilst share prices are depressed. At this market cap of just £15M this is a sitting duck currently imo.

Yeah there was a large sell on Friday, just under 600K shares from memory, so perhaps that's the final batch from the seller and this can start to recover now.

Yes hopefully this was the 'clearing' price, even an in line update should see a decent recovery start....

Nibbling more here. MCap only £14M which seems very cheap; reassuring to see COO buy 310K shares mid Nov at 10.4p.

Bought 100k at 11.05. Will add to this assuming the price doesn't run away. I like that management have serious skin in the game and a good amount of cash on the balance sheet.

Possibly looking at a cheap management buyout whilst the MCap is so low imo.

Directors have skin in the game. Own over 40%. I agree with the risk/reward here. Cash 50% of MC.

Decided to average down following Director buy RNS on Friday as below. MCap just £16M. I personally think very good risk/reward at this level. 17 November 2023MADE TECH GROUP PLC("Made Tech" or the "Group")Director Share PurchaseMade Tech Group plc, a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector, announces that Chris Blackburn, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, purchased 310,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.40 pence per Ordinary Share.

Another contract that they are yet to rns?

Bizarrely a similar thing happened here last November. It looked like a contract leak, some posts followed in the forums, a massive influx of buys followed and then a news release came after with a £10m contract with the Home Office.

The price then spiked up so it provided a trading opportunity for those who bought before the release. This company has so much to prove, it is just too risky, but just keeping an eye open to see if any big buying does follow as this news spreads. It might provide a quick in and out.

Even if there is a little spike, I don't believe it will hold. The market will likely sell into it - that is just what it does right now. Is £6m enough to move the dial here? What is baked in?

Probably not, but it is still a positive for the company.

Let's see if anything big follows.

Usually a damp squib in this market.

All imo
