    MARWYN CAPITAL I LIMITED (RENAMED FULCRUM UTILITY SERVICES LIMITED (the 
                                  "Company")) 
Completion of the reverse takeover of Fulcrum Group Holdings Limited and GBP11.0 
                              million fundraising 
The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Fulcrum 
Group Holdings Limited and the Placing of 91,666,667 new Ordinary Shares at a 
price of 12 pence per share, as announced by the Company on 17 June 2010. 
The Existing Shares and the Placing Shares have been admitted to trading on AIM 
and dealings in the Enlarged Share Capital have commenced. 
As announced on 5 July 2010, the Company has changed its name from Marwyn 
Capital I Limited to Fulcrum Utility Services Limited and its EPIC/TIDM to 
"FCRM", this change will be effective as of Completion however the name will 
change on screens as of 12 July 2010.
