438 too much for me to resist - out for a quick 12%. Would have been happy to go long instead but strongly suspect these will be dangling back down below 400 before too long , given their history.

Well im one happy bunny today i bought 10,000 shares on 15 oct . To be honest i nearly sold them yesterday, glad i didnt But now im feeling very nervous. Is now the time to sell

Naos, if you are thinking of closing a short to go long in the hope of margin trading you have zero chance of making money at trading, by the time you close the short at the open and pay the margins on both trades you are statistically limiting your opportunities to profit every time

If they went back to the quality they offered in the 80s their profits would rise. Now selling some gents sports jackets without a lining ? Their clothes bombed after they started outsourcing to the Far East. It affected the sizing as well.

How does a 1.56% short position make them one of the 20 biggest shareholders in M&S? Surely sloppy financial journalism? Can they attend shareholder meetings? Can they vote?

has anyone noticed the Sainsbury share price has fallen below 250p? that is below what it was trading at around 30 years ago! surely it would be a no brainer acquisition target for M&S, with the massive property asset base and huge synergies from a merger?
