We get stakes in projects in return for arranging funding for our partners. We DO NOT have any capital outlay for these projects ourselves. This is the reason there will be no placement here. They are giving divis this year, the number shares will not increase. This is the first of many projects. £10m per year, means a £50-100m mcap eventually for that one project, but the first of many. The plan is to have 250MW worth, so that is 5 projects like this, each giving £10m per year. Long term based on PE of 5 which is very conservative that gives us £6 a share. On a PE of 10, that is £12 a share. There 25.5m shares in free float of the 57m. Whoever says this cant rise further needs their heads examining. WRN opened at 3p last year and within 2 weeks hit 220p, I know because I am.in them. They hit 1000% that first day and I didn't get chance to get until 17p some 600% up before I bought. Anyway it does happen and as soon as they advised they know a reason for the rise and it is massive, that was the catalyst. 25p + to start on approval. Its a momentum.play with huge potential and massively undervalued. | h2owater

21/8/2015 20:25 | H As requested. INDIA POISED TO FLOOD NEW EPROCUREMENT PORTA 8:11 AM EDT August 19th, 2015 Cloud-based eProcurement firm cloudBuy is anticipating high volume over its platform from India businesses — to the tune of billions of dollars. Reports published in The Economic Times of India on Tuesday (Aug. 18) said the U.K.-based company expects between $3 billion and $5 billion worth of B2B transactions in the near future stemming from businesses in the Asian country. According to reports, cloudBuy has seen significant interest from corporations in India, both from members of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and elsewhere. The CII and cloudBuy recent struck a collaboration to launch a B2B eCommerce portal in India in an effort to strengthen global trade. “We at cloudBuy expect transactions worth $3–5 billion on this platform in the near term based on the initial response not only from the CII members but also from the non-member trade community,” said cloudBuy India Head Nilesh Gopali in a statement to the publication. The CII currently includes about 8,000 members, reports said, and together these businesses account for about $80 billion in annual revenue. CII’s partnership with cloudBuy provides these companies a portal through which buyers and sellers can connect and transact thanks to several online B2B marketplaces powered by cloudBuy technology. The service’s popularity could be attributed to its ability to serve India’s businesses like consumers, according to Gopali. “Unlike a B2C online place, corporate purchases are done in a controlled environment without compromising on their ERP solutions,” Gopali said. “We have received enquiries from several large Indian corporates to establish a secured façade or solution between their ERP and a B2B online marketplace to provide a dynamic B2C-style experience to meet their procurement needs.” Then read this, RNS 30/03/15 -- A percentage of the value of the sales flowing through the marketplace - typically between 2 and 5% for B2B transactions | ten bag man

21/8/2015 17:44 | Yes CBUY is top of my list today. It's also top of the list of the ex Morgan Stanley MD. who has just put in £2M.!! Director buying as well. The reason I like it so much is this weeks press release from India It makes the company worth 30 to 50 times today's value based on the near term revenues in that press release.( in my view ) The boss said two years ago he can't say what revenues will be cos no one would believe him.!! ( massive telephone numbers from a tiny company.) See my new thread and news items to research more. Good luck. | ten bag man
