V significant for UK -

From above -

The UK is set to win a battle with Spain to host a multi-billion-pound electric car battery plant in Somerset, the BBC understands

The boss of Jaguar Land Rover-owner Tata is expected to fly to London next week to finalise the deal.

Some in the car industry have described the plant as the most significant investment in UK automotive since Nissan came to Britain in the 1980s.

The owner of Devon’s eye-catching Burgh Island has revealed why he has put it on the market for £15m as it emerges the sale is already attracting widespread interest. Giles Fuchs, whose company bought the island and its landmark Art Deco hotel in 2018, said he has had to bow to the wishes of investors and place the property on sale.

i am also missing their strategic plan - in a high interest environment - where the Companies can not get further or new finances and MAC is not able to provide either... if they can - can one enlighten me please how.... or better - we should be told by the Co.

so what business will they be doing in such an environment. advice is cheap and plentifull.

whats the plan...

this is not an investment boutique with a deal stream. it is more an asset play at the present - with proportionally high management costs. 15 per cent of the company given to them for their services lately next to some modest cash payments is way too much imho....

BOD sould make some flow - to deserve their compensation - without compromising their loyalty to their customers and they should make some companys profits.....

it has been too long since the update on ALL their investments. situation of those non public Cos. our strategy etc....new valuations

getting bad taste...

With NAV way higher than this before any Weardale developments you can see why mm’s might struggle here.

Don't forget this from the announcement Weardale further states that it now intends to accelerate and scale-up of its testing of increased volumes of lithium carbonate towards demonstrating commercial scale production.
