07/11/2022 09:53 | Geothermal brines a byproduct of clean, geothermal power have become a proven, sustainable resource of critical materials, including lithium. Direct lithium extraction from geothermal brines provides an opportunity to manufacture battery-grade lithium hydroxide from domestic sources in a safe and sustainable way.So ... as Green Lithium have already perfected this method https://www.proactiv | gepetto100

07/11/2022 07:37 | you all are mostly about lithium which is elephant in the room. but imho it is as real as it says: elephant in the room atm I am much more concerned about what they are doing every day in their core business - nothing much it looks like (I do not think so). would be good if they report what they are actually trying to do - otherwise one could conclude they are drilling their noses. what is performance of their more down to the earth, more mature investments, which warrants do get exercised and when (not many lately ( - a BIG why not ??? - no cash ?? - would they take on any debt?) etc it is not just a one way bet with lithium. we need more legs - are they developing them? | kaos3

31/10/2022 16:07 | Weardale has no links established with British Volt which is located in Northumberland... Weardales mou is with Alkemy Capital Investments, Tees Valley Lithium which is located in Teesside... British Volts site is likely to be taken over by another battery manufacturer.... The Nissan battery factory is actually closer.. The LHM facility will process feedstock imported from various sources to produce 96,000 tonnes of a premium, low-carbon lithium hydroxide annually, representing around 15% of Europe’s projected demand. Weardales lithium will be exported across Europe.. | celeritas

31/10/2022 14:16 | On that understanding, I would be very surprised to see the company survive, in this form anyway - This is a disaster for the UK, manufacturing etc - They can't even get it started - | tomboyb
31/10/2022 14:12 | Britishvolt could fall into administration as soon as Monday after the government withdrew a promised £100m in funding from the battery firm. The start-up wanted to build a factory in Northumberland to produce batteries for electric vehicles. But the BBC understands the funding was cut after ministers learned it would be >used to help the firm to stay afloat, rather than to build the factory. | tomboyb
31/10/2022 14:03 | “The project is the first of its kind in the UK, the biggest in Europe and will when completed be a key supplier to UK and European giga factories, electrical vehicle and battery storage industries." guess our lithium will end up going to other giga factories!!! both MAC & ALK up on the BV news, no!??
