Weardale Lithium Ltd is Marechale's largest investment, holding 500,000 founder
shares and 22,400 Options with a combined value of £2.8 million which has been
recorded in the balance sheet. Weardale has secured mineral extraction rights
in Co. Durham via existing boreholes where there is proven lithium in the brine
hundreds of feet below the surface. Since the initial fundraising in August
2021, the price of lithium has increased 300%, giving Marechale cause to be
optimistic for a positive future outcome.

The fund raise in March will have been to preserve their position in Weardale IMO ... fundraising while the share price was 30% in turn preserves dilution IMHO will be interesting what significantly higher actually represents... could push the NAV of Weardale above the current market capital. Which I think will be the case :);)

Get an IPO over the line or even a started countdown to ipo and we can start to see the true value here…

Still would like Mac to be used as a possible vehicle for a quick Weardale rto and then spin off the other Mac stuff..

A win win all round and would put Weardale Lithium plc into the limelight at just right time.

Morning the recent uplift in WL will not be on the year end but probably an update relating to it.
Ridgecrest recent funding to Fast2Fibre was double the last raise so should b eon there.
Plus maybe an update on FB 9m raise would be good.
Net profit again would be great, most people will look at the NAV but it will be the renewable sector and future strategy I am looking forward to.

It will be by next month :D only issues I can see is the hospitality sector investments :) but the green energy investments are under values to what they were 12 months IMO
