Great update yesterday but damp squib of a reaction to it by the market.

MAC is valued at less than the value Weardale and that is only one of the companies MAC has a share of.

Very much undervalued that’s quite clear.

Future biogas also seems to be the nearest to ipo.

Never a better time to ipo a green energy company in an energy crisis situation!!

This is not rocket science, who advises these companies.

It also doesn't say whether MAC took part in the fundraise or not. If it didn't then you could perhaps calculate other details from the decrease in % held.

I hear what you are saying, Bop, and I agree that Spin is prevalent with many shares on AIM. I do, however, have much more respect for the board of MAC than I do of most other small cap stocks.

I agree it would have been nice for us all to know today exactly how much capital was raised and at what price but they may have valid reasons for not doing that and I'm sure if it was just a small percentage increase in the valuation they would just have said 'higher valuation' and not used the word 'significantly'.

Nevertheless, I'm sure we'll all find out much more info on all things when final results are released at the end of the month.

When Weardale file the update at companies house MAC will probably announce.

Bap register with MAC as a client and you will get in on the offers they have, you will be an insider and restricted on what you say just as the company is.

That to me suggests it is anything but 'minimal'.

Weardale Lithium plan to move on the site in 23 so I'd say an IPO will be this year..Plenty of work to do before then, I don't think an IPO will be that far away given how quick things are now moving and what's to do.

Buyers back in. Few stale holders out early doors but todays news suggests that the stake in @Weardalelithium is likely higher than the current market cap. Then you have their investments in @FutureBiogas etc on top. Results end of month could be a good read
