17/9/2024 21:05 | Weird why one is much cheaper | castleford tiger
17/9/2024 19:30 | ..there we go 500k shares sold at 15.5p & 400k @ 16.75p | smithie6
17/9/2024 15:39 | They must be close to finishing. I bid for 100k yesterday they were 18.8 but as soon as the order came on they were sold at 17p So a MM is working the shares through. They were under 3% so just over 3 million.........is my best guess. Gives us all more chance at this daft price. tiger | castleford tiger
17/9/2024 12:27 | Yesterday...the share trading data ...it looked like the MM sold ~1 m more shares to people than he reportedly bought. Is there a massive yet to be reported delayed trade for yesterday ? ...noting that imo no MM would go unbalanced by 1m share in a microcap co. like MFX since the MM could lose his job if the price moved against him. What is the time limit for late reporting a big trade, is it officially 3 days ? | smithie6
17/9/2024 11:51 | hmmmm I had thought I had seen a trade of 100k at 17.9p....but nothing showing now ... ...I'm busy doing other things & only quickly looking when I have a break....maybe I got it wrong.... | smithie6
17/9/2024 11:45 | Any dips after the PAL news seem an opportunity to me to top up before the next update | lennonsalive
17/9/2024 11:00 | is the seller still there? what number do they offload in chunks each day? | nakedmolerat
17/9/2024 10:17 | Neither do I! Where are they getting the stock from is what I want to know? | devonlad
17/9/2024 09:44 | i dont see the 100k ? | castleford tiger
17/9/2024 08:37 | (...cheap as chips imo....bwdik) | smithie6
17/9/2024 08:36 | ..nice buy there of 100k shares ~17.9p | smithie6

16/9/2024 20:40 | Not island Farms they are with us Tiger | castleford tiger
16/9/2024 20:15 | on 18th March '23 (apologises...it is a bit out of date ! but I haven't got the time right now to find later info) Lynchwood Nominees Limited holds 17,039,623 Ordinary Shares in trust for Aeternitas Imperium Privatstiftung. (so, it sounds German or Swiss German) 17/116 (is 116m MFX shares still the correct total or is it now a smidge higher due to bonus shares to staff/CEO) 14.6% & other Lynchwood clients held shares (another ~6 million shares, ~5%, interesting....I wonder if anyone there holds >3% & whether it is officially reqd to be declared ?) giving a total of 23.4 m shares Zeno Capital held 6.5m shares. 6.5/116 5.6% Island Farms 4.3m shares who knows, if the milk price or pig meat price is down !! or they want to buy more grazing land...they might be the recent seller....but it's anyone's guess.. | smithie6
16/9/2024 20:09 | Zeno Capital Limited, in the British Virgin islands was the last arrival of a new owner of >3% ...as I remember they bt in during the fast rise from 8p to 15-20p. they saw an opportunity & went in quite hard & fast ---- the Aeternitas holding if I remember correctly is the biggest shareholder outside of dirs with I thought about ~19-20% ...originally I recall it using a Swiss or similar address....but at some time it popped up with an address in the Caribbean tax haven world. These offshore inv. cos. are often not that bothered about observing the % reporting reqts. (very difficult for any regulator to try & give them a penalty, & if there is no reporting reqt. on that island nation then any overseas law is invalid for resident companies)..or might report late once they have finished changing their position. | smithie6
16/9/2024 16:48 | Period between 25.09.2019 and 15.01.2020 worth looking at but here is one of those holding RNS. | clocktower
16/9/2024 16:08 | There was an offshore company that bought a stake. Smithie can you investigate. Last 5 years. I am at a funeral | castleford tiger
16/9/2024 14:18 | btw ~1.3m shares traded so far ...high for MFX >1% of the co. ....high % of the co. is in hands of dirs & long term holders....so normally low daily average volume | smithie6
16/9/2024 13:14 | Market cap just 19 million. What would PAL alone be worth? Am I missing something here. | sooty snipes
16/9/2024 12:45 | on the chart it has just risen again 18p to buy is official quoted price. ------- btw I understand there was some UK banking sector news last week ..that the regulator has relaxed the interpretation of the ratio rules for smaller UK banks because the regulator/system wants to encourage/'help' smaller banks some posts about it on the msg board for lse:mtro I don't know the actual details. but perhaps that news assisted MFX with this acquisition deal. | smithie6
16/9/2024 11:43 | I'm hoping it will get going when they move, full 17.5p being paid to buy so hopefully not long. | martincc
16/9/2024 11:39 | I'm guessing WNTS have some stock still, they're only bidding 15.5p on the buy side, but are lowest on offer side at 17.5p? | martincc
16/9/2024 11:31 | CT, there has been a distressed seller around for a while now it appears. They appeared to have stopped selling or cleared their line last week, there may be a bit of surplus stock, they may be coming along and selling more but the aggressive slling that has bought this down stopped last week. Just fyi, it is very illiquid so when any stock has cleared, it will move fast in either direction. all imho, nai, dyor. | devonlad |
