Magna Mining against Forsys
Magna Mining against Forsys Metals. The reactions to the procedures around Forsys were enormous. In numerous letters I was asked for additional information. I would like to now follow this desire.

The facts:

The case is pending before the High Court in Namibia, Windhoek and under the file reference Pa 16/07 is led there. The High Court is the highest court in Namibia.

Address: High Court OF Namibia, Lüderitzstr.1, Windhoek.

Complain:

1 Erongo Nuclear exploration (Pty) Ltd.
2. Black rank Mining (Pty) Ltd.
(both "Magna" companies)

APPROXIMATELY

1. Minister OF Mines and Energy
2. Ancash Investments (Pty) Ltd. (Forsys belongs)

The Klageschrift enclosure approx. 600 sides and is locally observable for journalists. It documents the extensive license request position process and the way, how the license lands plus documents with Ancash, as well as „Robert von Palace "between mega the dia. moon and Ancash millions of US$ directed.

The Magna - companies represented of Ellis & partner, Windhoek.

On request the Magna CEO, Kim Gardner Snr explained. that after Australian right a statement is not possible, before the process is terminated.

Ancash Investments represented by Diekmann Associates, Windhoek.

I wrote to the co. about it back in January and was told that they were awaiting assessment of the Aboriginal land rights and laws before further progress. I guess they have been sorted now and just await the results- just hope they have changed their geiger counter from the one they had in Namibia!

If only

LONDON, May 2 (newratings.com) - Analysts at IJG Securities say that the Namibian Uranium mining industry is booming, with 65 mining licenses still awaiting approval.

In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy stopped issuing licenses after October 2006. Only 15 prospecting licenses have been approved for a duration of one year each, with options to raise that to three years, the analysts say. Namibia has two operational uranium mines, namely Rossing Uranium, which has been operational for 30 years and on which N$754 million will be spent to extend its lifespan till 2022, and Langer Heinrich Uranium, which is expected to stay operational till 2021, IJG
