Extraordinary information

on changes regarding senior executives

 

 

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors as follows:

 

According to the decision of the BoD of the Issuer

1.   the employment of Mr. Mihály Hoffmann, Deputy CEO for Finance of the Issuer will terminate with effect from 31 January 2025;

2.   Mr. Sándor Ladányi, currently Deputy CEO for Risk Management, will take up the position of Deputy CEO for Finance of the Issuer with effect from 1 February 2025;

3.   the new Deputy CEO for Risk Management of the Issuer with effect from 1 February 2025 will be Mr. Róbert Bartus.
