28/4/2008 07:57 | More dillution nd a very expensive purchase equates to going to sleep for at least 5 years. The Board of IS Pharma (AIM:ISPH), the specialist hospital medicines group, is pleased to announce that it has formally completed the acquisition of Speciality European Pharma International AG and the placing of 13,000,000 new ordinary shares, raising £10.0 million. | waxman3

25/4/2008 18:07 | Waxman, You're very quiet now, aren't you, you disrespectful old so and so. Well, it's the end of the week now, 1 pound, what a collapse in value! Anyway, given that you have self-professedly absolutely no respect for anyone (1685) and, on top of that, you are always so completely wide of the mark in your punditry (eg. 1679), I have decided to give my blood pressure a rest and filter you for ever more. Others who do the same may too suddenly find that the world has become a better place. P.S. (and the very last time I will waste my breath on you) You really ought to reflect about your behaviour. If you seriously think that money is the only thing that matters and you really couldn't give a damn about people, as your posts over the last months suggest, you are a very sick man. | assegai
25/4/2008 15:34 | Don't break open the champagne just yet lollipop3!! MLR had a 1 for 7 share consolidation a week ago and you will see that the charts above have been converted in line with that consolidation of shares. | rgtaylor25
25/4/2008 14:03 | 13-£1 | lollipop3

23/4/2008 19:25 | Oh dearie dearie me ,stay focused. If the offer at 77p is oversubscribed and you have ongoing interest the price doesn't crash out immediately. The resistance -as ever- is around 15p in old money or 105p.I'll be pleasantly surprised if the price breaks the big figure forthwith but forget an imminent price slump. | steeplejack
23/4/2008 19:03 | AS MICKEYTHEMUNCHER--yo I expect to see a significant price fall from here. What esle can you expect when the board gives your shares away for undervalued peanuts. | waxman3
23/4/2008 18:53 | Assegai - 23 Apr'08 - 17:45 - 1685 of 1686 I respect none and nothing and am open about it. I neither give nor want respect. I not do I love shares so I cant fall out of love with them. I simply change strategy. Respect and a dollar will get you a good cup of cofffee in most States of the UNION. MLR has never treated its private sharholders fairlym I was glad topmove out and on, I maay or may not look back in a few years but will keep a note of them. To me they are just a small corner shop, next to a shopping Mall right now ocassionally peddling a few whares away from the store, with a music box and monkey on a stick. Time will tell At 90p they are still only 12.85p old value. I sold at 14.25p | waxman3
23/4/2008 16:52 | For anybody looking at the graph above it's hard to see where the promise to deliver shareholder value has been achieved from the two acquisitions whereas the various management and close friends have all gained quite handsomely. Still, in two or three years, so long as there are no more acquisitions, it'll be a different story perhaps and PIs will finally see some benefit to holding Maelor shares. It'll certainly be interesting to see if the £1 level can be broken and held without further news. | gogoneko
23/4/2008 16:45 | I agree with you steeplejack. Where is this massive devaluation, waxman? Talking through your hat as ever. Elsewhere you have called me an idiot and this may or may not be the case but I would recommend anyone who is tempted to think seriously about your words, to look back at your posting history both here and at iii as mickeythemuncher. A quick glance at your record of falling in and out of love passionately with shares and people will quickly reveal to all which of us is really challenged. LET'S SEE WHEN YOU LEARN A BIT OF RESPECT | assegai
23/4/2008 15:50 | Time will tell chaps. The placing discount was too large but the deal's done and the subsequent price reaction suggests that the company presenntations have been well received and that there's follow through institutional buying.I'm tempted to believe that the company could be moving out of the rapids and into smoother waters. | steeplejack |
