06/11/2007 15:59 | oh dear not much confidence in this one today is there--put your money in a nice safe growth situation MLR. A short term double and with a long way to run piruxi - 6 Nov'07 - 15:48 - 76 of 76 It depends on how short you expect short term to be, CVant really expect much this time of year as we run up to Christmas, but now we have added mojor woes. MLR now as safe as houses can be. Buy CGNY for the quality of the board of directors. If you dont hold with that put opur money into the BS but not NRK, just short that one. | c0lgard
06/11/2007 13:03 | Well, everything falling nicely into place, recent positive news followed by positive interim news and now backed up by director's dealings, bodes well for future growth...all we need now is for someone to tell the MM's. future looks rosy for MLR. | fo77y
06/11/2007 10:20 | This could well get press comment...Sundays sort of stuff. It's that PEG of 0.2 for the year to end March 2009 that grabs attention. That combined with cash flow generation and the prospect of further acquisitions makes this look very exciting. That said i've been averaging this one, occasionally, for years.Another set of figures is probably needed to fully restore credibilty. | steeplejack
06/11/2007 09:43 | Any new Institutions getting involved ?? I saw that the VCT's are there - who tend to be long term holders but they can only BUY NEW stock ... funny how the brokers FM side is also one of their largest shareholders !!! | redrenault2
06/11/2007 09:30 | rcktmn, I hoping for the same - a gradual improvement in share price with short-termers moving to other grounds for their investment strategy. With such a wide spread there's a good deterrent for hot money and I think a few traders have been caught out by the calm build-up and reaction to today's good news. | gogoneko
06/11/2007 09:12 | yep..too soon to expect fireworks with the share price .. expect this to be a slow upward but ultimately rewarding show ! | rcktmn
06/11/2007 08:49 | good news! looks like it has been worth holding! | spursspurs

06/11/2007 08:21 | Added the interim highlights and forecasts to the header. 1.1p this year, 1.5p next year.... | garth
06/11/2007 08:14 | Very pleased with the solid set of results and it's looking good for the next 12/18months... I'm hanging in there for the 20p+ levels which I think will be achieved gradually (IMHO)(got in at 11.5p some 2yrs back) | rcktmn
06/11/2007 08:13 | should do and thats long over due | piruxi
06/11/2007 08:12 | They've turned the corner.I agree 20p looks achieveable even in this soggy market | steeplejack
06/11/2007 08:09 | Very good results IMO. Should take MLR past 1p eps for the full year and on 130%+ growth (albeit via acquisition) they should surely be on more than 13X historic earnings..... These results should take us past 15p and possibly all the way to 20p, IMO. G. | garth
06/11/2007 07:59 | Seems like a solid set of results with plenty to be positive about from a profitable business with good pipeline although they fell short of my expectations/guesswo | gogoneko

05/11/2007 23:49 | Hoping for at least the following tomorrow. Hard to guess what Acorus may bring in but as they haven't seemed to add much to their portfolio recently maybe it's prudent to assume they're not longer doing anything like doubling turnover as they did between '05 and '06 to £3m: Turnover: (4.5 months of) Acorus £1.55m-£1.7m + Organic MLR £1.7m-£1.8m Margin 55% (rising from previous 48%) Gross Profit: £1.78m-£1.92m Costs: £1m Op Profit: £780k-£920k Poss.
