100% free float .. this is prime take over material !! the mgmnt have turned this thing around and good prospects .. but they are middle mgmnt people (met them at a presentation) I wonder if they have the ability to really push this fwd and capitalise on the opportunity ???!!!

It's a sensible international expansion of the company's existing product range -haemopressin-plus a couple of add ons. With yet another placing, the stock is likely to move sideways 'til the integration of the Swiss acquistion can be assessed.Note that the company has got a few million over to seek further acquisitions.Dynamic management.Institutions would have been sounded out prior to this placing so it should be a done deal.

Exciting times.Acquisition,1 for 7 share consolidation, placing to raise £10m at 11p (or 77p in new money)and a trading update confidently predicting to exceed expectations plus arrangement of bank credit facilities. Not much going on then.Make or break time.Well ,we all knew the price was heading back to a quid!
Oh...and there's a name change planned
Roll on Haemopressin.

I've been following them since the Tech boom and am hopeful
that the corner has been turned on the past with the new
management setting a stratergy for growth.

You were right the first time.

MLR has a corner shop mentality to marketing. The market knows this which is why it did not positively react when Tim Bought!

In fact the reverse was true.

Look at this next year when all the 10peers have given the share price some direction and there are a few more years accounts on the table.

I will be looking to but at 10p or less. next year. If I cant I wont bother as 20p will take forever, as all the past brokers notes have clearly demonstrated.

PS put a few bob into CGNY

I am hedging it will double on results due end of the month. Although I wont be here to see it.

Red Ninja, my mistake should have said good value. I am topping up tomorrow having held these for a long time now, I admit I am out of pocket but at this price feel confident will make my money back.

I think they are good value if not outstanding value, but there are plenty of stocks at the moment which are good value and probably quite a few which are outstanding value.

Maybe that accounts for the lack of interest.

At this price are they not good value to hold for the future i.e. potential buy for a bigger fish. They are in profit and it would seem have a solid product line with growth IMHO.

My intelligence went in direct proportion to the lacklustre interest the MLR board of directors are displaying towards the private share holder.--AND THAT WINDS ME UP.

waxman3, otherwise known as mickythemuncher...there was a time when you used to make intelligent contributions. Now, you just seem to devote yourself to winding people up. This is a pity.

The only problem with your thesis is that --THERE IS NO-ONE BUYING!
