27/2/2020 13:08 | Just went back to this post - since the share price has gone much lower so I can recalculate the prospective yield. "2wild 13 Nov '19 - 16:36 - 97 of 172 Bottom of page 22 of the presentation on their website says total divs payable in 2020 will amount to 21.7p. Proposed annual 2020 dividends, excluding the special, is 17.85p being 7.8% on current offer price of 228p." So 21.7/215 = 10% ! Are we sure ? Looks a bit good. | fenners66
27/2/2020 09:41 | Looking to get a few of these; but this global epidemic isn't going to go away overnight, so perhaps plenty of time yet to wait for the best entry level. On offer at 218p and we could see a short-term bounce; but could easily fall back to the £2 level as the AUM figure falls in line with the wider Market. | skyship
27/2/2020 08:53 | Back in this morning, but possibly nearer 2.10 on continued wider equity market weakness?. | essentialinvestor

17/2/2020 13:53 | It hit the high then came off 2.5%, odd.I have a lot of these, far too many really, 22% of portfolio and I am happy to add a few more on weakness. | mr euro
17/2/2020 13:34 | 17 Feb 2020 JP Morgan Cazenove Reiterates Overweight 297p Price Target. New all time high this morning at 251.4p. Bodes well for the results in 3 weeks time. | 2wild
09/2/2020 16:35 | Yes but the important thing is that the share price hasn’t retreated. | luderitz
07/2/2020 15:02 | all gone very quiet here | financeguru
31/1/2020 11:35 | Added a few more at 239.1p. I suppose at some point i will start to also sell a few on the highs and not just buy the dips. Although probably after the results and hopefully at significantly higher prices. | 2wild

26/1/2020 11:55 | It is starting to become clear that shares in M&G (LSE: MNG) were deeply undervalued when they came to the market in October last year.Since the company's spin-off, the stock has risen by more than a quarter, and it looks as if this is only just the beginning. It appears that investors are betting on a better than expected performance from the company when it reports its maiden results.Indeed, shares in M&G are currently dealing at a forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 6.6. That's compared to its sector average of 14.2.Moreover, the stock will yield 6.1% this year, according to analysts. Based on these figures, it seems as if the shares offer a wide margin of safety at current levels. As such, if you're looking for cheap income, it might be worth snapping up shares in this global asset manager. Considering the stock's performance over the past three months, it does not look as if it will remain undervalued for long. | xtrmntr

07/1/2020 10:35 | But everything else in the market is going up, mainly, since the election....so as an asset manager the tide may be rising for them all...SLA, LGEN, MNG, AVIVA? Plus all such punchy yields to boot | diggybee
03/1/2020 16:55 | Market quite rightly unconcerned by the extended gating of the property fund. Nice end to the week with MNG up 4.2p today, with 2,697,254 shares changing hands in the closing auction at 248p. Looking good for a new high of 250 next week. | 2wild
