This is hardly a serious problem. I am in a hotel using their computer in Bucarest, which isn't likely to happen too often.

However it would be more pleasant if I could see the values of the sahres that intereste me in the normal way. There is no need to do anything. I am just letting you know this problem happens in the real world.

All the best,
CrystalClear!

This happens with the monitor, quotes and charts pages.

a buy at the RW walk predicted low of 985.50 and a sell at the high 995.70 would have given a nice 10 point profit and only a max 3 point move against for the initial stop ...
Today 1000.3 979.4 currently trading up at 994 area ...we are nearer the top of the range than the bottom ....maybe looking for sell against the 1000 area

It hit 992..so not quite right ...but it did suggest that it had overshot a bit to the downside for mondays trading and subsequently the share price stayed in the area for monday closing at 994 ish ....
todays work suggests a range 985.50 995.70 ish

Early Days but initial work from 60 min bars suggests todays lows should not be majorly exceeded on the share price furthest down the SPX random walk suggests is 994.93 on the SPX cash about 996 on the future ...

dave...I dont think u need to worry about the specific days so much ...if I've read it right what we need to do is draw a line from the first days median that then passes through all the points at the various time periods ad infinitum ...i've just done it by hand as I cant yet get excel to chart it for me and it looks like over the time periods it forms a bell shaped curve line ...this way you dont need to wait till the 4 9 16 days to trade it as the line will give the daily or whatever time period you are using highs and lows filling in the gaps
I've done this on the dax from this mornings first 60 min bar and we have had a major spike up since the 1:30 US news...this suggests we have gone too far too fast and that the rise should be limited from here ....if not a fall back.....one thing thats getting me at the moment is that theres a basically unlimited number of points previously on whatever time scale we are looking at each with an infinite number of time series moving out from them ...thus this mornings 4 period may also be a 144 period from way back but how do u code it to see ? the more i think about the implications and application of this the more my head hurts trying to work out a tradeable system if indeed there is one there in the first place
