The spread is really small at the moment. The system will not let me sell, the traders have to execute the order.
However I can buy for £0.289 the quoted sell price is £0.284

Never known such a small spread on this stock.

They are asking in their resolutions the authority to issue 100m shares as they deem fit .
Current shares in issue is 25m rising to 30m after this placing.
Why such a large increase ?

The resolutions to be proposed at the Special Meeting are:
(a) Resolution 1: To increase the number of Common Shares that the Company is authorised to issue to 100,000,000 Shares in order to accommodate the Placing and Subscription and to provide appropriate headroom to allow for the issue of Common Shares following the Placing and Subscription, and also to generally authorise the Company to allot and issue Common Shares pursuant to the Placing and Subscription.

That's a bit of a Red Flag for me .
As is the super low buying from the Directors in the placing .
As Ive really no idea wtf is going on I'm out FWIW.
