MolDX, which oversees the evaluation of molecular diagnostics for Medicare, was considering additional evidence that could broaden the scope of coverage, presenting further opportunities for LungLife.
With the LCD in place, LungLife said it had successfully secured the three key components necessary for the commercial launch of LungLB - a billing code, a set price, and now Medicare coverage.
That, it said, paved the way for wider adoption of the test by healthcare providers, facilitating earlier and more accurate lung cancer diagnoses for patients with indeterminate lung nodules.
“Having a local coverage determination (LCD) for risk stratification testing of indeterminate lung nodules represents a key opportunity for our company,” said chief executive officer Paul Pagano.
“It enables us to progress to the next stage of commercialisation by providing a clear pathway to make our innovative LungLB test more accessible and reimbursable under Medicare.

“This supports our commitment to enabling 80% of lung cancer to be detected early.”

I think things will get better for the company as it should make decent revenues at over $2000 for each lung test.

Yes this is getting more interesting by the day. Maybe this is one small pharma company that will make it into sales and profits, before being taken away by the big boys !!! one way or another.

The spread is really small at the moment. The system will not let me sell, the traders have to execute the order.
However I can buy for £0.289 the quoted sell price is £0.284

Never known such a small spread on this stock.

They are asking in their resolutions the authority to issue 100m shares as they deem fit .
Current shares in issue is 25m rising to 30m after this placing.
Why such a large increase ?

The resolutions to be proposed at the Special Meeting are:
(a) Resolution 1: To increase the number of Common Shares that the Company is authorised to issue to 100,000,000 Shares in order to accommodate the Placing and Subscription and to provide appropriate headroom to allow for the issue of Common Shares following the Placing and Subscription, and also to generally authorise the Company to allot and issue Common Shares pursuant to the Placing and Subscription.

That's a bit of a Red Flag for me .
As is the super low buying from the Directors in the placing .
As Ive really no idea wtf is going on I'm out FWIW.
