Posted at 08/2/2022 11:21 by bottomfisher Whilst the new chairman's investment is a welcome sign, what is Peter Gyllenhammar, the Swedish investor in a motley collection of UK small caps, up to. A relative newcomer to LPA's share register, he is now the company's biggest shareholder with a stake of just over 8%. Whilst the various members of the founding families still have a bigger combined stake in LPA, Gyllenhammar has been steadily building his stake. Should this be seen as a sign of confidence in the new team running LPA, or an early marker that this company might soon be on the auction block.? |

Posted at 18/2/2021 14:33 by ansc Online prices quoted just now (for 5k) - 81.0/86.9p (which translates to a spread of 7.3%); in other words, any investor will need the share price to increase by c.10% just to cover dealing expense. Do the market Manipulators really imagine that's going to interest any serious investor? |
