28/4/2020 08:15 | 2019 results announced on 19 March were positive IMHO, add in the business growth due to COVID and i think this is a turning point and hopefully they've got things back on track. @Thordon, you made an interesting observation Re:loop valued at 48 Million verse Zoom $7 billion | parvez
27/4/2020 20:06 | sorry delayed internet need loopup instead lol | thordon
27/4/2020 20:05 | Full year results to be released prior to the AGM in July , but suspect we will get a RNS statement of uptake on new subscribers which they have already indicated a high interest but may lose customers after the Covid 19. The Skype contact for Business user was in decline several years ago for audio over the phone , this has taken a upturn as the demand for quality has increased due to the Virus for loopup. we also forget about loopup Webex for Cisco Multiple company's i know are switching over to Loopup but its all word and mouth that they are getting to here about the company. Most of the advertising is directed at law firms that require clear voice and no interruptions from the internet. They also just added last year the video aspect. As for share value well this time last year was over 300p per share , only fact was the management said it would take longer to integrate the two business and forecast that they predicted would be lower , and the city did not take this well and was punished. MeetingZone was purchased for £60 Million in cash , which put loopup in £10 million debt as for the rumours they are just that a few friends in the village work in the city and this has been talked about if Loopup start taking more business customers away. remember that Skype and Zoom only make money on the higher products they ( Business ) have and advertising for which loopup already have a piece in Skype. loop valued at 48 Million verse Zoom $7 billion | thordon

IS Service Delivery Manager Medical Devices, 501-1,000 Employees Used the Software for: 6-12 months Overall Rating 5/5 Ease of Use 5/5 Features & Functionality 5/5 Customer Support 5/5 Value for Money 5/5 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 Reviewer Source Reviewed on 01/08/2019 "Slick. LoopUp addresses all of the usual roadblocks when it comes to conference calling" Comments: We've made conference calling easy. With the sign up link any of our users can setup their own account in minutes. The mobile app and Outlook plugin make the service incredibly powerful. With a bit of help from Will we've setup a list of all of our conference rooms for our users, so they can just click the room name and the phone rings like magic - press 1 and you're in your conference. Users love the ease with which they can share content and because we've invested in some great conference phones the audio is fantastic - much better than voip over laptop speakers or headsets Pros: Simple and clean interface Just the right amount of features High level of customisation - users can tweak their settings to suit themselves Fantastic customer service from Will Pruce - from inception to implementation to business as usual Cons: A few of the settings my users like can't be set as a default for our business so I have to ask them to make the changes for themselves | thordon

24/4/2020 11:02 | there are no security concerns with loopup uses two systems to communicate also can be controlled who you invite and can mute or cut off any person who becomes a nuisance whilst in a conference call. The End of the day is a pay system that Zoom or Skype can not following, they use the internet which degrades as the more you add to the conference call. | thordon
24/4/2020 10:33 | The fact that 20 of the world's top-100 law firms, 24 of the world's top-100 private equity firms use LOOP, i think bodes well as they will have been extremely busy last few months especially the private equity firms, Also I don't believe there are any security concerns with LOOP. I hope they put out a trading statement out soon | parvez

23/4/2020 18:06 | Zoom is profitable, just. I think its valued at $7bn and did $330m revenues in 2019. I use Loopup, its a bit misunderstood because it focuses on niche segments rather than mass market. Its hard to build a big position here as there is a shortage of stock but if management turn things around, (and lets face it in this environment my mum could turn this business around)then Loopup should be valued at 2 or 3 times current market cap, its still priced to be a loss making failure | rimau1
23/4/2020 10:03 | This is a share that will just keep going up , its a minnow compared to the rest but the best product on the market. Does anyone know if Zoom making any profit yet | thordon
22/4/2020 15:31 | In all the hype about Zoom and Teams people seem to have forgotten about LOOP and are probably just waking up to it. Just as a reminder..... Over 2,000 organisations worldwide trust LoopUp's award-wining SaaS solution with their remote meetings, including 20 of the world's top-100 law firms, 24 of the world's top-100 private equity firms. Bet you the law firms and PE firms have been mega busy since the lock down IMHO | parvez
22/4/2020 10:48 | Pretty astonishing that Parliament is using it - allowing the system to pick up the facial characteristics of lots of MPs in relative close up - ideal for deep faking! | 18bt
22/4/2020 10:44 | The majority of staff for Zoom work in china , the Government do not use the system in Cobra Meetings as can not be trusted. Nothing is for Free !!!!!!!!!! | thordon
22/4/2020 08:04 | I have recently become a Zoom user (to continue with virtual social and family groups) but have become increasingly aware of their activities/angst about security issues..... .Zoom have achieved a network effect (eg 10 Downing Street selling their wares!) but maybe the security issues will quickly deflect people on serious business to upgrade to a more robust product?.Incidentall | tightfist

17/4/2020 17:26 | Strange to see how, during this lock down, so many people have moved into using Zoom, in particular. My switched-on grandsons in management consultancy and private equity say it's pretty much the same as Skype! They had never heard of Loop-up. Number 10 and the political groups now having to rely on remote conferencing seem all to be flocking to Zoom despite its shortcomings in privacy and security .Does Zoom excel in self promotion? Shareholders deserve an update on how Loop is rising to the occasion? Or is it overwhelmed by enquiries ,which it is failing to convert? | scrutable
