01/7/2019 17:29 | Anyone know why LOOP share price down near 20% in 2 weekson no news? The presentation at Novotel on 18th June was quite upbeat! | thaiger
18/4/2019 16:25 | Zoom Video Communications, Inc (ZM) IPO priced at $36 per share. Just opened on Nasdaq with a pop at .... $65 per share. [edit]: At market close, closed at $62.00; Market cap. $16.00 Billion From Bloomberg: From IPO filing - It reported net income of $7.6 million for the year ended January on revenue of $331 million, compared with a loss of $3.8 million a year earlier on revenue of $151 million. | martywidget
18/4/2019 11:33 | Presumably it is the Zoom IPO which has had a positive effect on the shares today I haven't worked out the relative revenue and earning multiples yet for LOOP up vs Zoom, but I suspect it makes Loop up look relatively inexpensive | timbo003

21/3/2019 14:04 | looks like the company beat foreacasts: Numis forecast EBITDA of £7.5m - came in at £7.7m. Numis forecast EPS of 7.2p - came in at 9.3p.# Growth to come: 'Following the success of Pod Academy, the Group now plans to invest an additional £2.0 million out of its increasingly cash-generative operations in the faster expansion of pods, bringing the total number of quota-effective pods back on track with prior expectations by the end of FY2019 and ahead of prior expectations from FY2020 onwards.' All IMHO. | mfhmfh

21/3/2019 07:57 | Headline figures look good and up with market forecasts and the acceleration of investment is good. There are quite a lot of exceptional costs including reorganisation of MeetingZone, which I think we need to be confident will not reoccur.Fwd adjusted PER of 26x 2019 and 18.5x 2020 can be justified if forecasts are met. It will be interesting to see what happens to 2020 forecasts on the increased investment. It looks a good quality company in a good space but not much room for disappointment. | 18bt
13/2/2019 12:27 | buy rating reiterated in today's IC. 'House broker Numis has lifted its cash profits (Ebitda) forecast for 2018 from £6.5m to £7.5m, with EPS up from 5.6p to 7.2p.' '(PEG) multiple sits at just 1.2 times.' | mfhmfh
12/2/2019 12:38 | Old PTP forecasts for 2018 were around £3m with EPS of 6.4p. I take "well ahead" to be at least 10%, so looking for EPS of at least 7p. And for 2019, market was expecting EPS of c14p, which surely will be upgraded. One thing they don't mention is cash. Adding these pods will require working capital and I wouldn't be surprised if there were another placing with the finals to fund growth. But fundamentally, this company is in a massive growth market wheere the big players have been a bit caught out with old-style products and there are quite a few global companies who can pay Clifford CHance style annual revenues. | 18bt

21/8/2018 09:11 | MartyW, exciting company indeed. If they can take advantage of the acquisition and keep all clients using loopup technology as well as keep growing organically this company could really kick on. They need to keep advancing their technology and try and differentiate them selves from the big players.... and then who knows. I got shares at ipo because I wasn't happy with webex at work and I work for a large multinational. | robertpeacock
