The market is never wrong. If you read the results "2021 is inevitably set to be a transitional year" - then things don't look great. I suspect any seasoned investor would adopt a wait and see approach - so this is going nowhere!

I am worried here that we could be loo king at another Talk Talk, where the PI's get shafted with an offer of 80p to take the company private!

Again think of this as a risk reward play and march’s update supersedes November, as March 2021 is after November 2020. I was younger in November 2020 and I therefore am older in March 2021. Sometimes things can change during the unstoppable force of time, hence why there are opportunities everywhere. As time goes on things change, stock prices crash which then presents opportunities and the business can improve Which equates to profit. Hope this helps it clears up the fact time is ever moving.

LPC revenue: 25% growth to GBP43.0 million (FY2019: GBP34.4m)
LPC gross margin: 1.0 percentage-point improvement to 77.8% (FY2019: 76.8%)
LPC minutes: 41% growth to 1.00 billion (FY2019: 0.71 billion)

If there is any hint of good news, given the current very tiny mkp. The upside here is huge

agreed....but only for the companies that have seen to be prospering in the WFH environment. we are not one of those companies. did the fall on 27th November not result from an update saying exactly that ie in a climate where we should be doing well we are in fact hemorrhaging revenue and clients ??

Bonkers valuation IMO. Pretty much debt free, lots of cash, growth. The right market at the right time. Bloomin' inefficient markets :(

At the current share price cap is £40m. Surely Zoom or Microsoft would buy us for £60m

Peanuts to them

Well I added another 10k shares - we must be near the bottom here. 1 year hold should see a very good return unless the wheels have fallen off!

I have been looking at this for some weeks and it seems to be a screaming buy but no one is buying.
I like the general sector and have shares in Netcall.

This raised money equal to the current mcap some years ago at £ 4.00 a share.

What really concerns me is that if I was correct there would have been some director buying - who gives up their chance to double their money- but there hasn't been.

May be they are constrained.

Has any one spoken to them?

On my watch list
