bad gateway: EBITDA does not equal profit.
In 2019 LOOP had EBITDA of £6m but made a loss of £2m.
To have a pe of 5 and a market cap of £40m they would need
to make a profit of .......

I've seen this happen before and in a majority of cases the company announced a buy out shortly after.
Also explains why there's been no news from board as they have been working with third parties sharing sensitive information... Watch this space.

They're good no's for a 45m capped co.
EBITDA of GBP15.3 million? PE of 5 would give 75m cap?

Pictureframe, do you even understand what the issue might be? I do, and just because it a non cash item doesn’t mean it’s ok... Numis have also resigned as broker which isn’t a good sign.

Anything more than a 20% drop and I will adding. It's a technical point not anything sinister

Hawfinch - look into the profit and loss account for Zoom , also in the data is conversion of trail customers and cost which they have included as turnover.

Lot more complicated but once you start looking there profit is not a true profit , why would they raise more cash?

Burning out the competition cost money with a cheap model

Notice this 9 months ago , not looked since

Going to look @ its competitors tmrw (clubhouse, zoom etc) and delve deeper into its goodwill... which could potentially be impaired at a later date.

I watch the above video and scratch my head every time. These guys effectively had a head start in the game, why on earth did this not take off like its competitors (zoom or Microsoft teams).

Can anyone provide me with a clear answer, because the way I see it, the blame can only lie with mgmt.
