LendInvest PLC is regarded as a property finance asset manager offering bridging loans, development finance and buy-to-let mortgages for intermediaries, landlord and developers across the UK to help property professionals create housing, funded by an international and robust capital base.  As a result, the leading asset management platform enabled the firm to derive a higher revenue of 28%, followed by a substantial surge in profitability, where profit before tax soared to £10.2m in 2021 from (£0.2m) in 2020. Consequently, it implies that the group performed relatively well and above market expectations, driven by robust growth of investment portfolio, coupled with the operational efficiency of the proprietary platform. LendInvest PLC is rapidly growing and thereby outperforming its peers from the thrifts mortgage finance industry, since the firm’s EPS growth metric is 81.1%, which is higher than the thrifts and mortgage finance industry threshold of 24.5%. As a result, optimised returns are expected from investing in LendInvest PLC, given that total equity surged to £106,606m from £48,247m and net cash simultaneously soared to £169,877m from £72,114m to finance operating and investing activities effectively.

I've had a quick look at the IPO Prospectus. A couple of things that I don't feel comfortable with:

* too many appearances of ebitda
* "UK property finance market worth £1.6tn" quoted a few times - this can't be LINV's addressable market
