01/10/2024 11:14 | I am not invested in LIV4 but I would have thought the bonds are repaid from the redemptions of the loans in the portfolio. As a "Specialist Lender" arrears are to be expected particularly given the high interest rate / low growth environment that we have been enduring in recent years. I bought some LINV shares at the start of the year, sold out for a minimal profit. I am concerned at the lack of Directors' share purchases, from memory this company floated at c. 180p. The share price has crashed & yet the Directors are not buying shares...I will continue to sit on the side lines. | investoroilandgas
01/6/2024 08:03 | Pretty quiet here. So I would appreciate any comments following my starter investment in LIV4. This seems to match what I am looking for, a good income over 1-5 years with capital returned at the end. But the 'analysis of bond loan portfolio' is a little worrying in what it doesn't highlight. There are six loans in arrears to the tune of £7.4m in total. The assets available to repay the bonds may be an illusion. | grahamg8
23/1/2024 16:32 | I thought I saw a 600,000 share trade go through yesterday @ 28.0p, given that ticket size I would assume that it is a purchase...is this stake building or just a wealthy PI with £168,000 to spend ? | investoroilandgas
05/1/2024 08:25 | An excellent RNS this morning imho, the Directors have returned the company to profitability. I have topped up my holding in expectation of a dividend being paid later this year. GLA. | investoroilandgas
20/12/2023 17:57 | If the Cavendish broker target of 1,000% comes to pass, I would be ecstatic ! I am targeting a 100% return on my investment.....will keep adding to my holding in the weeks & months to come. Seasons greetings. GLA. | investoroilandgas
20/12/2023 15:25 | I do not recall seeing a target broker price with an implied gain of almost 1,000% in my entire investing career. Cavendish have some balls! | catabrit
20/12/2023 09:56 | It is true that LendInvest is facing significant headwinds, however it is now up to the Directors to prove how good they are. I like the fact that three Directors own over 50% of the stock, they therefore have plenty of "skin in the game". Yesterday's RNS said that the company hoped to be profitable year end, I hope there is a bounce coming here, I've taken a small position today. This share looks interesting to me. 19/12/2023 21:17 | I'm sorry I paid 76p . Also paid100p in recent IPO for LIV4 11.5% Bonds, which are virtually unchanged. Given Bank of England base rate was only 0.25% two years ago, it's hardly surprising these are struggling. | 2wild
19/12/2023 13:33 | The H1 results are out today, I feel sorry for the IPO investors who paid circa 200p per share. LendInvest is on my 2024 Watchlist, can the Board turn this around? One to ponder. GLA | investoroilandgas
29/11/2023 17:22 | Anyone else expecting results tomorrow? | apolloanddiana

06/10/2023 10:39 | What the heck is going on with Lendinvest shareprice. | southcbubble
06/10/2023 10:05 | Come on Lendinvest Directors, buy a massive amount of shares each in the company you are running, to steady the share price. | southcbubble
05/10/2023 18:12 | With the drop in share price today. Surely the Directors of this company need to buy a hefty amount of shares with their own money. This should steady the share price. If they do not then I can see the share price falling further. | southcbubble
24/9/2023 10:42 | I've just applied for £1000 today, via interactive investor. 34.5% Over 3 years., looks tasty. LINV must be desperate for the money. | 2wild
20/9/2023 14:33 | Anyone seen the 11.5% bond on primary bid today....? | nicola_w
08/9/2023 13:51 | Is it true??? Dividend 6.75 percent???. | covid 19 deal
08/9/2023 13:33 | Is it 6.75 percent dividend | covid 19 deal
08/9/2023 13:32 | Is it 6.75 percent dividend | covid 19 deal
01/1/2023 10:44 | Those six month results don't look so good when you see the hit to reserves from fair value investment adjustments. This does not show in the P & L. | gliderpilot2002
01/12/2022 15:39 | in H1 LendInvest continued to grow and gain market share, despite a worsening macro-economic environment. Its financial results were solid and Equity Development retains a 180p/share fair value, as per new note here: | edmonda
10/10/2022 09:07 | In H1 AUM @LendInvest rose 33%, but macro uncertainty means they see FY PBT in line with prior year. ED's fair value adjusts down to 180p/share, still well above current price. Read new research note / hear summary: | edmonda |
