In fact 15 sites were closed in 2019 raising £8.3mln with "other legacy surplus to be sold during 2020" 5 December 2019 Douglas Charles Antony Bramall went to 20% holdings 6 cashflow enabled the debt to reduce from £87mlm to £62mln Verdict *since Dec 2019 it has been hit by 4 major set backs meaning a fall from 65pence in January to 12p in March ( a 7 week fall) *12p/ £46mln cap seems that all past present and future bad news is priced in and with 81pence per share property porfolio makes it a potential takeover target OR allow opportunity to sell some to cover any impact of C19 *charts extremely oversold Short term trade from 12pence and review towards middle of April when results are scheduled | babbler | |
