Had a quick shifty at this on Friday -

Net liabilities £10.6m so company essentially a busted flush

Major shareholders

Burac 48.4%
Gundry 4.1%
Robar 20%
Inc. Holdings 20%

D/E dilution at no more than 5p stated to be restricted to Burac, Robar & Inc. Holdings only.

29.23m shares in issue, so free float 2.2m hence volatility & ideal target for above to take private on buyout with nominal payment to diluted PI's
