BUY triggered, Can any 1 convince me , they have 200pubs assets lease hold or freehold. In both the case 200pubs would worth at least 30-40million. The NAV is high as more than 100p looking 26million share, on current debt-equity swap is has raised the finance and NAV has jumped at least 250p
