24/8/2009 13:02 | Possible for OTE to hit 20p by end of the week?? | 5teady eddie
24/8/2009 12:01 | glue, I don't think it's fully built in, I'm sure it will have an effect. The beauty about OTE is that it's gearing is around 64% so any uplift in property prices will be magnified - that's what's attracted me to them. It's time to take some risks in property now that commercial prices are bouncing back strongly. | crawford
24/8/2009 11:53 | Sorry O/T.Seems to me that the anticipated banking news has already largely been built into the rise of OTE the past two weeks | gluefactory
24/8/2009 11:52 | sorry O/T gdasinv2, it was in the last OTE results I believe - I was doing some research over the weekend. They have already agreed the deal in principal with Nationwide and they expect to make the announcement before the end of August. Iggle, I own over 50k. | crawford
24/8/2009 11:36 | crawford, how much ote do you hold and when can we expect the announcement. | iggle piggle
24/8/2009 11:28 | can anyone share l2 info on this one please? | aalli
24/8/2009 11:21 | crawford - Any article when you came to know? | gdasinv2
24/8/2009 11:08 | OTE refinancing to be announced soon - it'll multibag on that I'm sure. | crawford
24/8/2009 10:22 | cant buy online with Selftrade but can sell in good quantities, they want your shares! | birdiemaker
24/8/2009 10:01 | I am over to OTE. | jayson26jay
24/8/2009 09:53 | Instead of going for duff plays like OTE which have generate hardly any free cashflow why don't you have a look at MERE instead for a recovery play. Last reported NAV was 466p a share. Its profitable but is close to its LTV ratio. Current share price is 35p. Results due out later in the week if you are looking for an outer. No comparison between the 2 imho. | nickcduk
24/8/2009 09:49 | I did the same. Bought £10k's worth of OTE but took Barclays Stock Brokers ages to execute the at best. | iggle piggle
24/8/2009 09:48 | hamblyr you've sort of made it look like I have two accounts... never mind lol gl H | spadman
24/8/2009 09:41 | Me too, lots more potential at ote! | hamblyr
24/8/2009 09:39 | have re-invested my profits from LTW into OTE just for the record :) | spadman
24/8/2009 09:05 | well If you take the view that NAV are turning, these highly geared recovery plays, with big assets and debts will go up - alot. | jayson26jay
24/8/2009 09:01 | Huge pump and dump going on here. If you think LTW will get a takeover approach around current levels you need certifying. Look at PUB and ETI which are both profitable and have tangible NAV value rather than liabilities if you are looking for value in the sector. | nickcduk

24/8/2009 08:55 | gone green (5%) to me the surge to 45p on Friday must have been something maybe the D4Eequity is old hat, and ltw is now a t/o target or something else which would by-pass the debt worries. weird that nat (another company with debts) is a top riser too. nia dyor | andrbea
24/8/2009 08:34 | Look forward to the dilution at 5p! | double6
24/8/2009 08:33 | Loads of BUY and maintaining well at the current 25-29, will spark again.... | gdasinv2
23/8/2009 16:57 | tivoliworldgaming If you think andrbea is a good stock picker then look at WET. In my opinion this will be a 20 bagger but ask andrbea first. bb | boilerboy
