Why on earth will we be pleasantly pleased tomorrow?
I note an investor education day but that is unlikely to change the price of eggs. The next scheduled RNS day is early August that I can see. I happen to be overseas currently so may have missed something but I suspect not. I have been a very long term holder and the acquisition document told me that the next three or four years will continue to be exciting.Patience rules .

according to Investors Chronicle, the 13 analysts coverage median forecast share price is GBP 85.00. Perhaps the share price has dropped so that it can go up again?

Iv'e been watching these for a while now, and decided to climb aboard. In at around 7750 ave, see how they go. IMHO, the Refinitiv acquisition will accelerate them into a major financial services data provider, albeit still trailing Bloomberg by a distance. As we all know, data is the new gold, and the Refinitiv acquisition should generally improve the standard valuation metrics for LSE as the market gets over the surprise of the integration costs.

I suspect they will surprise on the upside (less than estimated) re integration costs, which knocked the stuffing out of the shares earlier. Just need a little patience. Despite continued rumours, I doubt HK Exchange will come back for another go given the increasing Chinese influence.
