25/6/2020 08:53 | Yes, it's a must. Have to remain ahead of the mighty Wolverhampton Wanderers; Christ, things have changed... Re Chelsea, that must be weird in the extreme, but been there too, wanting them to win. Just feels wrong, it is all wrong. Of course, it's not a real League title though, is it, wot with mid-season rest just as you were pulling a Devon Loch... :-) | imastu pidgitaswell
25/6/2020 08:47 | Cheers imastu, you're starting to look like a decent team again, you could really do with qualifying for the CL this season though. Brilliant display last night, all the more considering there were no fans. Chelsea are going to win us our first title in 30 years tonight, never thought I'd see the day. Love those plastic Russian rent boys. | rb5

Please keep going...) | imastu pidgitaswell

06/4/2020 18:58 | LolYour club has seen sense- full marks to themHowever we've all seen the levels many pool fans have stooped to in defence of the original nonsensical decision Vermin | joe say
05/4/2020 19:54 | Theres none so blind as those that cannot see Abhorrent approach from pool and Newcastle which contrasts to tax dodging Roman's early offer to accommodate medical staff at 2 local hospitals foc in his 4 star hotel | joe say
05/4/2020 17:32 | Who says the players aren't going to take a big cut in order for the club to survive. The discussions are ongoing as to what is going to happen. If the government hadn't agreed to the option of furloughing employees then these people whould have been laid off as no longer required. The club has made a massive investment into the new training ground and is haemorrhaging money so has to start cutting costs somewhere. | rb5
05/4/2020 17:06 | The first team playing staff could have taken a three month cut like Juventus players and manager have, thus insuring the non playing staff were not effected. Even ex players are not happy about this and tarnishes the name of LFC. Tell the staff who have been furloughed "YNWA" | kickingking
05/4/2020 16:43 | What is it you are so upset about. The club is a business not a charity. And they have only placed 'some' of their staff on furlough rather than laying them off. The club made a statement last week that they will continue to pay matchday staff in full until the return. According to the FT about half of UK companies are planning to furlough many of their staff because of coronavirus. But hey lets pick out Liverpool for placing 'some' staff on this to protect their jobs. Nobody knows how many or the full facts. Barca, Juventus and Atleti have cut players wages by 70% so what makes you think Liverpool are immune to catastrophic losses? The owners aren't the leaching Glazers, they are simply protecting their business. The outrage is even more comical coming from City fans whose club is run by a country with shocking human rights issues and owners who think they can get away with cooking the books. And Chelsea fans, the worst of the worst. A club run by a murdering tax-dodging Russian crook who can't even get into this country lolll. A senior Russian tax official has reprimanded Chelsea's owner Roman Abramovich for using a loophole in the country's tax legislation to avoid paying 10 billion roubles (£200m) in tax, claiming that the money was used to fund his purchase of the London club. - Russian-Israeli billionaire Roman Abramovich has lost a legal battle against French fiscal authorities after they ruled he undervalued his €100 million (£87m) Riviera retreat to pay less tax. | rb5 |
