People expecting us to dominate the next few seasons but we're going to lose Mane, Salah and Keita for 4 weeks next Jan/Feb and then we play a month long tournament in China for the new World Club Cup next August so it's just as well the league title is in the bag this season.

The rest will have a chance ;-)

I said that the Gomez injury cost pool the title last season and seeing how the defence has improved since his return I am even more convinced of this. Last season pool started well - keeping many clean sheets and as soon as Gomez was injured the clean sheets stopped and pool dropped a few points. Matip is decent and Lovren is ok on his day but both of them lose individual battles which leads to goals being conceded. Gomez hardly ever loses these battles. He reads the game well and his pace allows recovery if he does make a mistake. Great to see him back and in good form.

If we get past Wolves then Davie Moyesiah lies in waiting. It would ruin the season if he turned us over lol.

You'd had 7 draws after 22 games whilst we have just the one and 21 wins, quite amazing but I don't see us going unbeaten the whole season.Wolves away on Thursday will be tough, harder than Spurs or Utd have been.
