Accounts read like a the inscription on a tombstone or winding up notice (imo). Could this be a broken business model or just a minnow being crushed by strength of superior competition? Usual warm words about pipeline BUT far too many companies try to pull the wool by talking pipeline - for pipeline experience suggests sales force trying to keep their jobs for a bit longer by saying "hot prospect my contact just has to get a sign off from buyer/senior managment or client has a temporary hold on new contracts but I have been assured we are the chosen supplier etc etc." [Declaration - do not hold but visiting to see if any chance of a bounce]

You know you are in trouble when they are talking about converting a pipeline. What this means is that there are many suspects in the pipeline and not too many prospects and even less anywhere near closing. So this is now an existential problem. Those that know how these things work know that management/board have to move quickly to derisk the sales not coming in. The only way to do that is to raise cash. As someone said earlier the debt facility is there and will be conditional on covenants, it is very likely that they have broken those, or are very near to doing so. The cash raising when it comes will therefore need to be substantial, in my view it will be in excess of 10 million.
