02/10/2016 10:19 | internos should have every shop up for sale with a commercial estate agent plus a local ordinary agent if they are trying to maximise returns for share holders, For them it is better to get paid for SADFA and COC it costs nothin asg to do so and has every chance of attracting private investors as well larger landlords | ntv

27/9/2016 18:22 | Doesn't seem to be much activity in the forthcoming auctions. Whilst Eversheds are involved with over twenty sales on each site, there is only one identifiable LSR sale with Allsop, a property in Weston Super Mere. Similarly, at Acuitus, only one of the Gallery shops is for sale although this property does say that the sale is on instructions from a fund manager (Internos?) and 4 other Evershed properties are described thus so possibly a total of 5 sales there. Finally, one of the Scottish properties in Irvine is being sold by Acuitus through DWF. | strathroyal

13/9/2016 17:08 | Thames Capital sold just under 6m on Friday to leave them with 3.2m. Possibly trying to sell the balance in the market... ...and now Damille down by 2m. Just waiting on the balance of the trade from Thursday which I fully expect to be Graeme Whateley. | tiltonboy

13/9/2016 15:33 | Eeza is right not to republish material only accessible via subscription. It is breach of copyright. If everyone did this, IC revenue would dry up. Very limited extracts are occasionally posted by subscribers, which seems to be acceptable. | glynnef
