Is the Govt. converting its prefs into ordinary good or bad for us? Seems to me that as long as the holding doesn't reach 100% (i.e we're not actually nationalised) then we come before the Govt. in the payout stakes - though they could of course pass on all shares - But I'm absolutely no expert

Payment is due on March 15 and September 15.
As 15th is sunday then payment will be on March 16th.
