RNS Number : 6197J Livermore Investments Group Limited 05 December 2008 Livermore Investments Group Limited ("Livermore" or the "Company") NAV Update The Board of Livermore announces that as at the close of business on 30 November 2008, the Company's unaudited estimated NAV per ordinary share of no par value was 50 pence (30 September 2008: 48 pence). The Company has a 21.28% interest in Atlas Estates Limited ("Atlas"), a Company quoted on AIM. The foregoing NAV figures include the Company's share of Atlas's unaudited NAV as at 30 June 2008. If, instead, the market value of the Company's investment in Atlas is used, the resultant unaudited estimated NAV per ordinary share as at 30 November 2008 is 37 pence (30 September 2008: 39 pence). The Board will announce unaudited estimated NAV per share figures on a monthly basis. The Company has completed recently the construction of 39 residential units (4773sqm) in Bern, Switzerland with a total investment of some 15 mil CHF. The apartments are overlooking the Swiss Alps and the old city of Bern. The project was constructed on top of Wyler Park II commercial project rented to the Swiss SBB until 2019. The project was developed with the Company's own cash resources and without additional financing. The Company is in the process or renting out the apartments. The Net Asset Value figures stated in this announcement are unaudited estimates only.
