Given that it's approx 90% privately owned, they could agree anything and compulsory take us out by just sucking up the last few shares or cancelling those in treasury. Given costs of being listed, NOMAD etc...surprised not done already, these are approaching NAV so may well be worth selling for a capital loss to carry forward, unless you have a crystal ball as to how these will rocket anytime soon and given the last 10 years slow and steady investment strategy, nothing would suggest a change from previous.

You may be right fozzyb. Lets hope we get a good price. I paid 135p/sh over Eleven Years ago from the EOL days. Could it be a takeover??

Yes my entry price from the EOL days was 135p a share back in early 2006, so still a long way to go to get there, even after such a long wait. Nice to hear from another share holder in LIV.
