UPDATE ON ISSUE OF EQUITY
Further to the announcement of 17 February 2021, Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG, "the Company") announces that admission to trading of the 1,863,219 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Fee Shares") for the payment of fees to consultants and service providers ("Admission") is now expected to commence on or around 2 March 2021.
