Pat was asked in the recent Q&As when/if the company will begin reporting in sterling. He said it is a strong consideration but I bet the exchange rates are a big factor in delaying this!

GBP had been very weak lately

Considering LIT earns mostly in AUD + USD

The earnings in GBP are going to be higher at current exchange rates... Yet here the stock is getting sold down...

Currency alone has made the company about 10% cheaper over the past 2 months

Agreed I think he will purchase more. They are getting more frequent and I think he wants a larger position before any trading updates post end of June (H1).

Jonathan Moulds has put in over £2m of his own money into LIT shares since Oct 21, with 550k shares now since start of April alone - seems in a hurry to build a big stake?!

Impatient UK punters keep selling on market

Wealth transfer from impatient to patient investors.

Company is about to enter an inflection point where earnings accelerate as the business scales - with operating leverage coming through due to relatively fixed operating costs.

Still sticking to my target i told everyone in November 2020
250p by 2025 - which would be almost 100% return on the parcels i added in november 2020 for every year held

The Company was recently invited by Tanzania to attend meetings in Dar Es Salaam with the Special Presidential Government Negotiation Team constituted by Her Excellence Samia Suluhu Hassan, the President of the United Republic of Tanzania to discuss options for an amicable settlement of the dispute.

Management Comment:
Executive Chairman Bronwyn Barnes said, “We are encouraged to have been invited by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania to attend recent meetings in Dar Es Salaam to discuss potential options to resolve the dispute. The Company remains hopeful that the dispute may be resolved through continuing good faith negotiations and remains committed to engaging with Tanzania to try to reach that goal, whilst continuing to prepare for the final arbitration hearing in February 2023.”

Next Steps:
A further meeting has been scheduled for early May to continue discussions. In the meantime, the Company confirms that the arbitration remains on track. The arbitration proceedings will continue over the remainder of the year in preparation for the final hearing in February 2023 unless agreement is reached with Tanzania on an appropriate resolution to the dispute prior to the final hearing.

I've spoken to about 20 CEOs in the last 3-4 years and Patrick has been the most impressive. This stock is also my largest holding. And it will probably be my largest still in 5 years time.

This is one of those stocks you buy and forget about for a few years and you just know it will perform and generate you market beating returns.
