Director buys are only £5-£6K each
HSBC Nominees down from 8% to 0% since
Not going bust, but in a mess IMHO

picked up a few more this am to round my holding up.

Seller's stock nearly gone - you can't buy these in any volume then.

Recent acquisitions look good, directors buying and a new FD.

Talk of improvement in the second half - when they actually start to improve it will be too late to buy, these will have doubled or trebled imo.

Chart making a curved bottom pattern too.

Bit behind the curve aren't you mryesyes, as ever :-)

Look at the chart bottoming. Look at the high volume Thursday indicating a big seller has cleared. And then a director buys 100K - no coincidence imo.

A fully listed company trading at £1.5m market cap, you can't afford to list a company for that - they are worth this just for another company to reverse into.

LTS is the same old company, it's shares bomb every recession and as the economy recovers they go back up to 100p to 250p - it's followed that pattern for the past 20 odd years.

You buy now, you hold for 3-5 years and you sell at the next market toppy area imo. A couple of grands worth today will probably be worth £60k in a few years time if it follows the same pattern.

Chairman picks up £6,000 worth the day after the results taking the value of his holding to £40,000 to sell
This follows a pattern where the former chairman would regularly buy 25,000 or sometimes 50,000 just after the results
Difference being they were over 40p a share then
This company issues warnings, I do consider it a buy at the current sp, when it made the acquisitions, it had money it did not know what to do with and there was neither due diligence, or thought as to why the leading distributor would gain by buying a little company selling a few big old printers, sheer folly, but, no evidence of it going belly up

This company used to have bags of NWC and was once hailed as a PYAD share by Stephen Bland IIRC.

What a mess it appears to be now...

but I don't know if this stock has any small holders left, no trading for weeks on end or posts, it was always seen as a bore anyway.....
