04/12/2009 16:24 | see the market is really responding well to the merger, not! | themoneymonster2
03/12/2009 13:02 | Time to bank this one by the looks and wait for 6-12 months before news comes - unless of course they have something up their sleeves....IMHO....b | gowboy
01/12/2009 12:25 | Wish this had stayed suspended until signed and sealed. Bastad mm's, proper stitched up now. Starting to consider selling, how longs this goin to take to realise any value with so many shares in issue. | crimeprotection1
30/11/2009 20:25 | No it means that more shares will be iisued as the RTO values Amber at £9.5 million and LMY is only worth £4 million odd. I think the deal values the shares at the closing price of LMY when the news was released and that was 3.38p. I think there will be 411 million shares in issue of Afnat? x by 3.38p = £13.5 million approx, or £9.5 million (amber) plus £4 million (lmy) Someone correct me if I am wrong. | themoneymonster2
30/11/2009 20:00 | Price on 26/11/09 3.125p "The Consideration Shares will represent an immediate dilution of 69.3 per cent. for holders of Existing Ordinary Shares." Does this suggest that shares in afnat will be worth circa 2.165p when trading begins? Also, if I have done my sums correctly, afnat will have a total of 587 426 846 shares issued. This would suggest approx 1p worth of URU per share (assume URU @30p), and 0.25p of cash per share. That would value all other assets at 0.75p. Does anyone have any views on the Risk Factors listed in part 2 of the document? rpm | rastapastamasta
30/11/2009 11:55 | Trading seems to have all but dried up pending further events. | imperial3
30/11/2009 11:31 | Don't think the share price will move much until we get confirmation on the deal being finalised and the new company starts trading. Great time to buy in in my opinion. | themoneymonster2
30/11/2009 08:29 | Anybody read this? Anything really stand out of worthy note? | imperial3
30/11/2009 08:22 | Oh ok thanks, be nice to see this move a bit before the new name on the 23 dec. | giantpeach2
29/11/2009 20:56 | Giantpeach2 It means that the admission document is massive. | imperial3

28/11/2009 14:19 | Just got my document.What a tome. | imperial3
28/11/2009 09:09 | looks like the new company starts on the 23 Dec, and i think im right in saying only 13% in free float!!!! | giantpeach2
26/11/2009 16:42 | was hopeing for a better relist, this could drift until further news!! would like to get more at 2.75. | giantpeach2
26/11/2009 13:04 | No, all other shares you can leave limit buys/sells. Barcs just don't recognise the code for LMY... | themoneymonster2
26/11/2009 12:48 | Could be that the LSE are having problems MM... | gowboy
26/11/2009 11:35 | I agree, Dattels and Mellon seem to be big on Uranium. I wonder what is the plan for Afnat. Paul, do you know anything about the oil field Amber owned 5% of? Link: I remember Simon was very bullish on EEL before they were suspended. Can't currently buy or sell with barcs. Probs due to just being re-listed. | themoneymonster2
26/11/2009 11:30 | Dattels is attacking EXT from every angle, and I'm attaching myself to each of Dattels' many coattails. Who knows what will happen to each of these companies as the story plays out. That's why I'm here. | zangdook
26/11/2009 11:20 | Paul The directors are the main reason I bought. Cheap share with a first class and proven management. | themoneymonster2
26/11/2009 11:18 | Directors look like heavy hitters so will not be wasting time with micro cap unless big plans. IMO this is 100% about whether you rate the directors. | ghhghh
26/11/2009 08:48 | Looking forward to your comments then. | imperial3 |
