I had similar survey about a month ago and my replies to Tally was the same! I have about £50 in my tally account and haven't used the card for a good while; but will empty it soon as there has been no progress and they are not getting my £50 having LOST a few thousand in shares.
This was a great idea but no progress whatsoever and feel there never will be

Lu if I thought it would do any good I wood of done it years ago...... I have no doubt CP knows exactly what the true sentiment here is ...I'd say he scans the bulletin boards or atleast has someone keep an eye on them, bigmj must keep him informed....he knows the sentiment of all from the Tally Q&A that's for sure with afew people even being threatened or blocked from posting due to "strong opinions".
He wouldn't tell me anything he hasn't already said in fear of me posting it here would would just lead to more speculative questions ...both here and the Q&A....and if I said he told me somethings but I can't say...well can you imagine where that would take us.. So no I won't be ringing CP just yet.

I agree slugmum.. If someone had said to me neatly 3 yrs ago this is where we would be I would of asked to start legal proceeding as soon as suspended...
I don't have any experience in this sort of thing but I don't want to screw up any chance no matter how small it may be of relisting.

I too have sent off emails to FCA and AIM and as much as some may believe that this is a waste of time weight of numbers usually brings attention to a complaint. A point that I have very much stressed is that our assets ie.Railsbank holding and mines are being sold off against shareholders best interests in order to support grandiose and exorbitant CEO renumeration, which could hither to be better distributed back to shareholders who have not been given any representation to agree such action by way of a General Meeting. My take on this whole charade is that even if CP has fleeced me I have an obligation to make sure he is denied the opportunity to perpetuate this again against other unsuspecting investors in the future.
