It all went wrong when Scameron engineered the whole delisting fiasco.
We've all been well had. Took some longer to realise. Anyone still at this point using tally has no self respect.
Anyway lesson learned for me, avoid AIM.

THE CORRUPT FCA KNOW THEY HAVE DROPPED A CLANGER BY ALLOWING PARRY TO TRADE IN THE UK.

THEY ARE RELUCTANT NOW TO INVESTIGATE.

I HAVE REPORTED PARRY SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ME ANY FURTHER.

SUBSEQUENTLY I HAVE REPORTED THE FCA FOR MISFEASANCE IN PUBLIC OFFICE.

It's gonna take the weight of all shareholders complaints for the FCA to move

I have just made a formal complaint against the FCA of MISFEASANCE IN PUBLIC OFFICE and another of failing to check out PARRY'S BACKGROUND IN OZ before allowing him to trade in UK securities.

It's up to you guys to keep up the pressurising momentum now!

Bigmj you must surely see that the frustration of all on here is at boiling point... Yes to to relisting timescale but more to do with CP's can kicking nonsense.

The non-executive director's role is to provide a creative contribution to the board by providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors.

The 1992 Cadbury Report initiated a debate about the main functions and responsibilities of non-executive directors. Today, it is widely accepted that non-executive directors have an important contribution to make to the proper running of companies and, therefore, more widely to the economy at large. As the Cadbury Report said, they “should bring an independent judgement to bear on issues of strategy, performance and resources including key appointments and standards of conduct”.

There is no legal distinction between executive and non-executive directors. As a consequence, in the UK unitary board structure, NEDs have the same legal duties, responsibilities and potential liabilities as their executive counterparts. Clearly, it is appreciated that NEDs cannot give the same continuous attention to the business of the company. However, it is important that they show the same commitment to its success as their executive colleagues. It follows that NEDs are subject to the codified duties of directors contained in the Companies Act 2006 in the same way as executive directors.

Prior to accepting a non-executive appointment, the prospective appointee must ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the company they are about to join and have undertaken their own due diligence. Once appointed an NED should ensure that an appropriate induction programme is put in place; they participate in on-going training and keep up to date with developments in the company and the relevant business sector.

We want a target relist date.
We want clarity on these metrics & milestones
We want clarity on user numbers.
We want clarity on amount of funding required for relist.

Not massively difficult questions from people who have had their funds tied up for approaching 3 yrs I'd say..... Some honesty from the management would go a long way here but CP seems to want to keep it all private which only leads us to suspicion... A bloody blind man could see that.

Report as you will but remember the FCA ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

They allowed Parry to trade in the first place and failed to check him out thoroughly and correctly before allowing him to take up directorships.

Your best bet is the fraud squad and the financial press........and to keep the pressure on.

Hold on a sec Guys as Parry said, or rather gave his personal undertaking, together with that of his former Chairman, the shyster lawyer that he bought, Mr Cocoran, that this "WOULD RELIST" IN Q4 2019 I believe it was.

This is not a question that the answer can be known at this juncture. It’s pretty simple. But asking for a listing date (and share price) can’t be answered. We must focus on building value in the Company for shareholders and as soon as appropriate, we’ll be listing the Company at a healthy valuation, with momentum for the Company’s shares once back on the market.
