Rule 14 is set out below.
'Therefore, AIM Rule 14 aims to provide a degree of protection for the AIM company's shareholders to ensure that they and the London Stock Exchange plc (Exchange) have an opportunity to consider the material acquisition and/or the potential fundamental change in the nature of the AIM company's business from the business that the shareholders originally chose to invest in. I mean how can a bright and competent ceo get it so wrong that they can manage to get their company delisted from the market....doesnt make sense now does it?
