@Share_Talk spoke with Cameron today and asked him a few questions that we think shareholders may be interested in.

The interview was based around these straightforward questions.

How does today’s announcement change the roadmap to admission?

What are the key milestones for holders to look out for as you work towards admission?

What newsflow can shareholders expect from the admission process?

You mention brand development – does that mean the currency may not be called Goldbloc?

How will the company provide shareholders with updates?

All good questions which PARRY answered but was stumbling over his words and taking long pauses. I am sorta comfortable but it's you who will have to decide as I feel with all the hard work that they claim to be doing that they could have created an admission document without too much effort laying out their vision, so why didn't they do so? They could have returned to market and asked to be suspended again pending finalisation. They could have suspended for as long as they wanted then and not be concerned with any six month rules, if they really were worried about that. All this does not add up. Plus as said above, PARRY's non committal hesitating on the podcast.

You would all. Be wise to remember PARRY's words. No one put a gun to head to say them. So they could well be regard as a promissory induce to buy share or perhaps to Deceive people into buying share.


So the question has to be one of : WHY IS LIONSGOLD SUBJEVT TO SUSPENSYION ON NOT PARTY TO THE HUGE YEAR IT WAS STATED IT WOULD BE, and WHY DO WE NOT HAVE A SEAT AT THE WORLD BANKING TABLE. ALSO THERE IS THE QUESTION NOT BEING A MARKET CAP COMPANY.

As CEO it is incumbent on Cameron Parry to act in the best interest of the companies shareholders. Should the company not be re-listed surely Cameron has left himself open to be prosecuted for allowing the company to be suspended due to his activities and stewardship which will be seen as a dereliction of duties. He allowed the company to be suspended and not readmitted ! There is no reason whatsoever for the company not to be readmitted. The rns even stated that the head count has increased and so we have enough personnel to complete the procedure, however the company has clearly relegated shareholder responsibility to the bottom of the pile.

i wasn't overly perturbed by the interview, because if you watch some of the presentations [eg wallsall] and listen to previous interviews, the style is similar, cp 'over deliberates' on his words trying to find the 'right ones'. compare with nigel [railsbank] who's patter flows.

the risk of the shares not returning to trading remains significant!

Hate to say it guys , but I have just listened to the share taik interview

and it sounds to me like Cameron Parry is just waffin his way through the interview

and does,nt sound very confident (possibly just not good at being interviewed)

his answers all seam a bit shady ! and defo not confidence inspiring !!!


I hope I,m bloody wrong because I do have a lot of money tied up in this !
