JOHANNESBURG : London-listed Lionsgold has reported progress at its Finland operations, noting that the joint venture (JV) company, Kalevala, had received approval to process 200 t of material from the Kuikka deposit as part of the commissioning of a gold recovery pilot plant for planned bulk sampling.

The company has until June 20 to complete the test sample, following which it would seek permission to conduct a 5 000 t bulk sample of the high-grade Kuikka deposit, Lionsgold reported.

Kalevala was also granted a new prospecting licence, which increased the combined area held under licence fivefold to 1 500 km2, including more than 90% of the Suomussalmi greenstone belt and significant coverage of the Kuhmo greenstone belt.

anything backed by govts is a FIAT currency
anything backed by sentiment and accepted is currency
anything backed by sentiment - used and accepted electronically is a crypto

RE: BitcoinToday 09:49Fwiw, there was a segment on Rip Off Britain this morning about the perils of investing in Bitcoin.

Not the thing per se - but the amount of unregulated companies involved in the scamming of people out of their life savings. One guy lost money he'd invested for his baby. Another older man is now in debt, money vanished.

I think you've got to have a very clear and sure idea of what you're doing with Bitcoin. If you can manage and handle it, fine, but for the average joe you're better off sticking with traditional options imo

This will come out of suspension at a much much higher price and for those keen on Railsbank after the awards well the only way in is through buying Lionsgold shares, and you cant get those for a while yet. So the lion for all those of you who tried to put it down is the main key to unlocking what is now being termed as the golden gate bridge to the phenomenon of Railsbank.

This will see Lionsgold shares at a premium cause Railsbank is fast becoming very, very hot property.

RE: Settled?Today 11:14As said it's good it's suspended as this would have knocked the share price back. Market hates delays and uncertainty, especially missed deadlines! They should have sent an email out to all customers explaining the delay, as they did state a solid date for settlement. It's not a good look to be honest, and not how I would expect a "bank" to be running, and let's face it that's what goldbloc v2 is trying to be.
