OK GUYS CLASSIC FM in the background old perc is topped up with the best Brasilian and now its mediation time

As said its all rather a messy shambles. Incredible the authorities sanctioned this deal's improper sign-off, hence now we have a suspension! Could be the thing has been done in a bit of a panic and hastily pushed through until spotted by the regulators.

How Many times have I told King Parry to pay attention to detail however insignificant they may appear to be. Could be correct to quote AIM RULE 14 but it's looking more like King Parry in rush and the NOMAD not following correct due diligence. Whatever it be you can rest assured that the shareholders will foot the bill for the company's reinstatement although if its a failure to exercise all due diligence then King parry should pay up.

I will be taking my Sis and the kids on a cruise on Wednesday so I trust someone will give the King a verbal kicking on Friday night.....his head is way too big for such a small nonfunctioning Brain!

These listing documents as we all know are always around 100 to 200 pages at least.

if they do decide to change the name and relist as goldbloc plc in the admission document, they will start with the existing number of shares in lionsgold, then if they do any capital re-organisation there may be additional shares issued here, then they will likely have some placing shares to raise fresh capital.

How much they raise in a listing is down to them, and the markets appetite for it. What the mcap will be on listing and the price, will be based on the equity in lion at present and how much they raise.

Either way, I expect it to relist initially at 2.65p and then it will immediately change to the listing price, whatever that is.

Rodson, you stop being rude I thought we were past this, I'm not holding here but I'm finding this very interesting so for once please try to have a sensible discussion as to what is gonna happen. If you can explain to me the while relishing and them deciding on thr number of shares to issue and how they marry that up with what people own hen please explain it to me.

Nice summary, thankyou. So with this new company gold block plc which will emerge, I'm interested in how they decide the number of shares to declare when they realist. I'm guessing on a basic level they would issue the same number of shares as already exist in lion, although could they simply decide to just issue a tonne more, and tonne more warrents etc. I'm actually quite lost on what me chick's will happen at this point. Is it based on valuation, their perceived valuation. What
